I liked the hotel cleanliness. the staff were friendly, always greeting us. i enjoyed the rooftop pool area. It has nice decor. it offered a good view of the distant mountains.
the room was noisy because of the busy road. my balcony overlooked the main road. i could also hear noise from the railway station, not ideal.

I found the breakfast selection really good with a lot of choices. The rooftop pool provided an amazing view. The staff provided towels. I especially liked the birthday surprise they organized for my husband. They left a cake in the room! The staff was helpful and so friendly.

the check-in was efficient.
I found a lack of attention to detail quite disappointing. the room lacked shampoo and conditioner. I would expect these basics to be readily available in a hotel of this supposed standard. furthermore, coffee was provided with hot water, yet there was no cream available.

the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, very convenient. The room was clean. The rooftop pool offered a nice view of THE city.
one of the reception staff seemed unhelpful when i asked about nearby bars. i found only one teabag of each flavor. the balcony felt unsafe because it was easily accessible from adjacent balconies and lacked a lock.
