I liked the hotel cleanliness. the staff were friendly, always greeting us. i enjoyed the rooftop pool area. It has nice decor. it offered a good view of the distant mountains.
the room was noisy because of the busy road. my balcony overlooked the main road. i could also hear noise from the railway station, not ideal.

varied breakfast rooftop pool birthday surprise friendly staff
I found the breakfast selection really good with a lot of choices. The rooftop pool provided an amazing view. The staff provided towels. I especially liked the birthday surprise they organized for my husband. They left a cake in the room! The staff was helpful and so friendly.

mixed experience at this hotel
missing shampoo no cream
the check-in was efficient.
I found a lack of attention to detail quite disappointing. the room lacked shampoo and conditioner. I would expect these basics to be readily available in a hotel of this supposed standard. furthermore, coffee was provided with hot water, yet there was no cream available.

I appreciated the hotel's location directly across from the train station. The room cleaners maintained a very clean space daily. Friendly staff created a cute atmosphere. They provided helpful assistance throughout my stay.

fresh food omelette stand missing iron slow service
the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety with fresh food and an omelette stand.
I requested an iron. It never arrived. everything took quite a lot of time. Maybe i should have set my watch to moroccan time.

convenient location clean room rooftop pool unhelpful staff tea selection unsafe balcony
the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, very convenient. The room was clean. The rooftop pool offered a nice view of THE city.
one of the reception staff seemed unhelpful when i asked about nearby bars. i found only one teabag of each flavor. the balcony felt unsafe because it was easily accessible from adjacent balconies and lacked a lock.
